Stay overall was good. Few issues with the paid Wi-Fi kicking me off constantly and the night front desk staff not answering the phone. Wasted my money on wi-fi but still a descent value.
The room was excellent and service was great. Housekeeping was great easy to get to stores.The only complaint was the soap was horrible. Definitely will be back. My room was 246 who ever clean that room 10 stars. 3-16-17
I really liked the hotel. (Besides) The guy knocking on my door at 4:30am,yelling something to someone upstairs. I didn't open the door-just called front desk. They do allow small pets. Only complaint I really ha e is that I am handicapped ,broke hip,,,and when asked if I could have an hr (late check out) even offered to pay-I was told ABSOLUTELY NOT..NO EXCEPTIONS. I was told if I wasn't out of there even 2 mins. Late,they would call the cops! Ughhh,oooookkkkayyyy. The front desk woman was no where near nice about it. So I had to go pay for another night because I just physically was not able to satisfy her demands. Besides that,it was a pleasant stay!
When traveling it becomes expensive paying upwards of $80 to $100 a night to receive a free breakfast. The rooms were as good if not better than the $80 rooms, clean and modern
The service at check in was great. The staff was very helpful. The room itself was good for the price. Nice large bath, a pretty comfy bed and an old school TV to give you that vintage motel feeling.
I did not like the fact that the head of housekeeper had a very bad attitude. When ask was there any clean rooms she said that there wasn't any rooms ready. It was 1:00pm I knew and seen clean rooms. For me to had driven from Tx. with my kids I felt she shouldn't have lied.
The room was very clean, smelled great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stay here at least 4 or 5 times a year when I come to Bossier to dog events. Love it due to being dog friendly.
The people were nice for the most part. The location is awesome. It is close to a lot of other places to go in the city or 10 minutes from Shreveport. About 20 to 25 minutes from the Texas border. No microwave or fridge. The housekeepers were very loud but they definitely make sure you don't need anything.
